Having lived in New Zealand, Romania, and the United Kingdom, and travelled extensively across major education destinations, he possesses first-hand knowledge of international education systems, immigration pathways, and the evolving needs of students pursuing overseas opportunities.

Karunadasa Francis Jayasinghe

Group Human Resources & Legal Manager

Karunadasa Francis Jayasinghe brings over 40 years of distinguished experience in legal advisory, human resource management, and corporate leadership across Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom. As a qualified Attorney-at-Law in Sri Lanka and a Solicitor in England & Wales, he combines extensive legal expertise with strategic human resource leadership to strengthen governance, compliance, and organizational excellence.

Throughout his accomplished career, Mr. Jayasinghe has held senior leadership positions with organizations including the Ceylon Shipping Corporation, Sri Lanka Air Force, Distilleries Company of Sri Lanka, Care Vouchers (UK), A. Baur & Co., and leading educational institutions. As Group Human Resources & Legal Manager at Beverley International, he provides strategic direction in legal compliance, corporate governance, and people management, ensuring the organization upholds the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and service excellence.

Inoka Katipearachchi

Secretary to Director/CFO

Inoka Katipearachchi is the Secretary to the Director and Chief Financial Officer at Beverley International, providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. With over 36 years of professional experience, she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of daily operations while handling confidential matters with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

During her more than three years at Beverley International, Inoka has also been actively involved in managing New Zealand visa applications and supporting key administrative and operational functions across the organization. Her extensive experience in administration, corporate coordination, and organizational management contributes significantly to the company’s operational efficiency and service standards.

Ishan Fairooz

Country Manager

Bringing over 24 years of professional experience, Ishan Fairooz has built an impressive career across international organizations and the private sector. Before joining Beverley International, he held key roles with globally recognized organizations including UNICEF, UN-Habitat, UNIDO, JICA, and Vestas Australia, gaining extensive expertise in administration, human resources, project management, organizational development, and international collaboration.

As Country Manager, Ishan leads strategic business development initiatives while expanding Beverley International’s global network through strong partnerships with overseas universities and institutions. His international experience, leadership, and commitment to excellence continue to support the company’s vision of delivering world-class opportunities to students.

Fathima Rizmiya Fayas

Visa Manager – UK | Canada | Australia

With over 15 years of experience in international education consultancy and student visa services, Fathima Rizmiya Fayas is dedicated to helping students and professionals achieve their overseas education aspirations through expert guidance and ethical practice. She manages the complete visa application process, ensuring every case is prepared accurately and complies with the latest immigration requirements.

She has extensive experience handling student visa applications for destinations including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Japan. One of her most notable achievements is successfully managing more than 1,835 visa applications, achieving an impressive 95% approval rate. With nearly four years of experience in international education, Johan De Rozairo specializes in Statement of Purpose (SOP) development, student documentation, and visa interview preparation.
