Post-study work rights

New rules allow international students to stay back after graduation and search for work and work for two years. Anyone with a valid student visa who completed a UK Degree after July 2021 is eligible.

Pathway to PR

Can apply for PR after 05 years of post-study work could apply for ILR ( Indefinite Leave to Remain) Conditions are:

  • Stable income
  • Good moral conduct language test
  • No criminal record

In addition, they have to pass the Knowledge of Life Examination in the UK and pass the English Language test.
